Yesterday was a good day,
Today is a better day,
For together we will stay.
Tomorrow shall be even better,
For we will be again together,
Making this day last forever.
When we sit holding each other’s eyes,
I see how beautiful an angel in your soul lies,
And I pray to god that this love never dies.
When as lovers we would kiss,
I feel god showering on me, bliss,
And know that life is no more amiss.
When we’d walk together till the sunset,
My love for you would even further whet,
And I’d tell god, “forever I am in your debt.”
